Elaine Lopes

Elaine Lopes, CCIE #4478, had more than 20 years of experience in networking, 14 of them with Cisco networks, before starting her product management career. She is CCIE certified in Routing & Switching and Service Provider, and also holds the PMI's PMP certification.

As Expert Exam Program Manager, she worked on many CCIE certifications through their design, development, implementation and maintenance phases, using her process improvement, innovation and data analytics skills. Elaine is currently the Exam Program Manager for CCDE and CCAr and is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and she’s passionate about how lives can change for the better through education and certification.
