Bobby Moss is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the field of program management. He currently serves as a Senior Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives for Cisco's CX Americas, where he is responsible for managing high-profile projects and initiatives that drive business growth and customer success. After spending 10 years as a process designer, he narrowed his career to focus on Computer Information Systems obtaining a BA from Georgia State University and then an Executive MBA focused on strategic management. This education combined with several professional development programs have equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in his role at Cisco. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to the ends of the Earth, and volunteering for charitable causes. His dedication to excellence and passion for driving change have helped lead many transformations at Cisco.
