Richard Webster is an Industry Solution Manager and directs Cisco’s retail banking and payments market management and solutions development efforts in the Central Marketing Organization. As a Solution Manager, Webster is responsible for developing new markets and solutions for Cisco’s largest market segment.
Mr. Webster has been active in finance and technology for over twenty-five years and has held executive positions prior to joining Cisco, including: directing Hewlett-Packard’s worldwide financial services industry marketing efforts in the retail banking sector, Corporate Vice President - Market Planning and Development for Fiserv, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for a California-based financial institution, as well as management and marketing positions with NCR Corporation, The Federal Home Loan Banks of San Francisco, and Olivetti. He was a pioneer in the branch automation area; bringing-to-market the earliest DOS, and UNIX based solutions. Webster has extensive experience in all areas of financial institution information technology including core, departmental, and front and back office systems.
