Ricardo is Senior Director of Strategy, Planning & Programs for WW Channels. He is also Chief of Staff for the SVP of WW Channels and the SVP of WW Partner Organization.
Ricardo and his team are responsible for the entire lifecycle of Cisco’s Partner Programs, Acquisition Integration, Partner Pricing, Planning and Competitive Intelligence
He has been on the Information Technology Industry for over 20 years, working and living in Brazil (his home country), USA and the UK. His background is primarily in Sales, Go to Market, Business Development, Strategy & Planning, Partnerships and Alliance Management.
With Cisco since 1997, he has held a number of roles: Director, Channels Business Development for Emerging Markets; Director and Head of Channels for Latin America; Sr Manager for Advanced Technologies; Global Partner Manager; Channel Account Manager.
Prior to Cisco, Ricardo worked for Goodyear Tire, Mercedes Benz and Banco Bradesco.
Ricardo has a Degree on Marketing & Advertising from Universidade de Sao Paulo (Brazil) and a Technology Degree on Data Processing, with Graduate studies in Business Administration, Marketing and Strategy from Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. On his private time, among his passions are Sailing, Music, Traveling and Dog training. But, above it all, is his family, wife Anna and two boys.
