Lenny Montano is responsible for the Communications Strategy for Strategic Innovations Group in Cisco IT, which include the Advanced Cisco Experience (ACE) team. In ACE she works to create user communications and make sure it is consistent, clear and easy for our users to understand and use. She has also spearheaded internal programs such as ACE University aimed at training and educating ACE users to stay up-to-date with the latest and greatest products and features available. Another priority is collecting and analyzing user feedback, and addressing ACE user’s concerns and needs. In fact, ACE University was created as a result of the 2012 ACE Annual User Survey where 66% of users indicated their interest in web-based trainings. User feedback is key as it helps us continuously improve our internal IT programs.

Lenny has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University where she graduated with Honors from the Gary J. Sbona Honors Program in 2009. She is currently enrolled in the Continued Education Program at Stanford University. When not working she enjoys learning other languages. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and is now working on French. She is a Board Member in the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) NorCal Chapter. And in between all this, she finds time to play tennis to stay active and spend time with friends and colleagues.
