Didier Moretti

Didier leads the Media Experience and Analytics Business Unit (MXABU). A team responsible for bringing together the media processing capabilities of the Media Experience Engine and the analytics and search capabilities of the Cisco Pulse application.

Didier is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience as CEO of startups as well as VP/GM in a public company. He brings to Cisco ETG entrepreneurial skills and a proven record of developing businesses with innovative products and business strategies.

Didier’s experience spans the software, systems, and networking industries. He most recently led a management consulting business assisting companies with product and go-to-market strategies, in areas ranging from web-based consumer services to enterprise software and systems. Prior to that Didier was President and CEO of RedSeal Systems, a startup in security risk management. He was also Founder, President and CEO of Annuncio Software, a leading provider of internet marketing software, which he led for five years and successfully sold to PeopleSoft. Prior positions include President and CEO of Cambio Networks, a network management company, and VP/General Manager at UB Networks. Didier joined UB Networks when it was privately held, and stayed on through the company’s IPO and subsequent acquisition.

Didier holds MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and in Technology and Policy, both from MIT. He also holds an MS degree from Ecole Polytechnique, France.
