Cisco Webex Meetings has received a third Gartner recognition for Meeting Solutions in two months. Back in September Gartner experts recognized Cisco Webex Meetings as a Leader in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions. Cisco also scored highest in each use case in the companion October 2018 Critical Capabilities for Meeting Solutions report, which provided deeper insight into Gartner’s Magic Quadrant evaluation. Today I am pleased to announce that Cisco was recognized again for Webex, this time from customers as a December 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions.
This is the second time Cisco was named a Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions in 2018. Customers also noted Cisco Webex as one of the top-rated meeting solutions on the Gartner Peer Insights review site earlier this year. The Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of meeting solution vendors by verified end-user professionals. Vendor rankings are based on the number of end-user reviews and the overall ratings.
This is particularly meaningful for our team. The Cisco Webex team delivered a completely redesigned video-first user experience to the market earlier in the year. We have seen customer adoption of the new experience growing rapidly.
