Customer Experience (CX)

Sanaa is currently leading the data and analytics group within the Customer Experience group at Cisco. She is responsible for ensuring all of the data is structured to drive adoption and renewals for all of Cisco’s software and services portfolio via digital channels. Her team comprises of data engineers, business architects, and data analysts to drive requirements, connect various sources of data and build API pipelines to connects various sources. Her team also manages the contact database that helps drive the right message at the right time for our customers. She previously has worked in Operations, Analytics and Customer success groups and loves data, marketing, analytics and business decisions that help drive the right outcomes for our customers, partners and stakeholders. Outside of work, she loves the outdoors, tennis being her passion, she represented NC State and was ranked top-10 in the country. Hit her up for a cup of coffee, if you are in the triangle area.
