One does not need to be a manager of people to lead. You can lead people by your actions, your words and the knowledge, energy and passion you bring everyday. What is that obscure feeling inside one can't quite figure out, is it the next great idea, concept or compelling event?

Who knows, but it's going to be some journey... maybe stop every once in a while and play Lego with my kids or is that get my kids to play Lego with me?
