Pablo Salazar is a manager for Cisco Security Solutions where he leads the development and deployment of threat defense initiatives.  Pablo has a combination of technical and management skills, extensive international experience spanning the North America, Latin America, and Europe.  He has a deep background in penetration testing, incident response, crisis management, and the architecture of large-scale IP networks.  Over his 20-year career, Pablo has held IT and IT Security positions at a number of large organizations including Cisco, Avaya, Cazenove (now JP Morgan Cazenove), as well as many startups.
