Anusha Nataraj

Anusha Nataraj is a product visionary with more than 17 years of experience in the IT Industry. Her expertise includes Software Development, System Administration, Product Development and Management, DevOps, Strategy and Planning, Innovation, and Design. Anusha is passionate about bringing life to innovative ideas which carry a positive change to Cisco and the environment. With passion, vision, and vast technical expertise, she plays a crucial role in building and shaping Cisco IT's AIOPS Platform which has been in production in Cisco IT since 2017. Anusha's role in Cisco IT as a partner dates back to 2007. In 2019 she joined Cisco as a full-time member. During her journey from Engineer to Technical Lead to Product Owner and Technical Product Manager, She has coached and led several IT Development and Operations teams through success. She is determined to deliver results through a design-thinking mindset and a can-do attitude. Anusha loves connecting with people, hiking with friends and family, playing throwball and badminton. Anusha holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.
