Luke Dobrzynski is part of Cisco’s Strategic Execution Office (SEO), an organization formed in 2021 to drive cross-functional transformation throughout the company, and enact a shift to a simplified, “One Cisco” go-to-market mindset.
Luke leads the design, development and end-to-end execution of cross-architectural Hybrid Work offers, working with teams across business and engineering, global sales and marketing, operations, the partner organization, finance, legal, and other support functions. In his role, Luke is responsible for ensuring and accelerating the commercial success of Hybrid Work offers in the market.
Previously, Luke led SEO’s Business Cadence team and was responsible for strategic planning and operations, data and analytics, communications and change management, and project management functions for SEO. In addition to leading strategic planning for SEO, he supported the delivery of Cisco’s Executive Leadership Team cross-functional priorities.
Prior to Cisco, Luke was a partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the firm’s digital technology, financial services, and operations practice areas. He focused in particular on the design and delivery of large-scale transformations, intelligent automation and digital programs, operating model and organizational design projects, and C-level strategy efforts for technology and financial institution clients.
Luke’s experience before BCG includes product delivery of cloud-based, SaaS eProcurement, eSourcing, contract and supplier management technology and working for a small consulting start up.
He received his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a Bachelor of Business Management with summa cum laude from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
