Kelsi Doran is Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Cisco’s People, Policy, and Purpose organization, where she leads the integration of Cisco’s Purpose into enterprise strategy and operating models. Her work centers at the intersection of business performance, workforce transformation, and sustainability—accelerating how AI elevates human capability and organizational resilience, while turning societal and environmental commitments into lasting positive impact for both business and the world.
Previously, Kelsi led Sustainability and Purpose Strategy within Cisco’s Chief Sustainability Office, where she helped shape Cisco’s next-generation sustainability strategy, Plan for Possible. Her work focused on accelerating clean energy adoption, advancing circular business models, strengthening resilient ecosystems, and supporting Cisco’s ambition to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2040. She also helped establish the strategy and product management foundation for Cisco’s Engineering Sustainability Office, contributing to the company’s product sustainability vision and roadmap.
With leadership experience spanning engineering, consulting, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, sustainability, and enterprise transformation, Kelsi brings a systems-level perspective to organizational transformation. Her approach focuses on responsibly scaling innovation and AI while advancing resilience, trust, sustainability, and long-term growth.
A member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Young Global Leaders, Kelsi actively contributes to conversations on AI, workforce transformation, energy transition, and circularity. She is a first-generation graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and lives in Dana Point, California, with her husband Carl and their golden retriever, Archie.
