Erin is responsible for partnering with customers to help drive digital transformation, reduce time to value, and accelerate growth. Her role is to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes from their Cisco investments, while driving a best-in-class customer experience. She has unwavering passion for empowering teams to do great things, inspiring customers to reach their goals, and making Customer Success a part of Cisco’s cultural fabric.
Prior to joining Cisco, Erin was a software consultant for over 15 years. She helped companies derive quicker value and reduce risk from their technology implementations by focusing on change management and adoption. She has worked with some of the top Fortune 500 organizations on a national and an international scale to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency.
She was awarded the Top 100 Customer Success Strategists in 2018 and recognized by her clients with a Client Service Award for outstanding performance in 2012.
Erin lives in Holly Springs, NC with her amazing, supportive hubby Todd, dynamic mini-me, Ella (6), and super dog Buckley (12). When she is not conjuring up the latest invention in her ‘book of ideas’, she is attempting to maintain some level of serenity by running, enjoying some grape-inspired libations, spending time with family, and answering the never-ending question “mommy, are you done with your conference calls yet?”
