Ying Shen is a social media enthusiast leading social media planning and execution for Service Provider Marketing launches and events. Her key accomplishments at Cisco include supporting the Videoscape launch and the Jewel TelePresence concert through social media activities. She also runs a Cisco Service Provider Insights webcast channel on BrightTalk and the regular #ciscospchat TweetChat on the SP360 Twitter handles.
On her free time, she enjoys visiting history museums and trying new restaurants in the neighborhood.
