Ken Hankoff

Ken Hankoff Manages the CASPR Program for the IT Risk Management organization, which is part of Connected IT Services. CASPR (Cloud & Application Service Provider Remediation) is the process by which Cisco’s use of externally hosted applications and services are assessed for vulnerabilities, and implements controls to reduce associated risk.

Ken joined Cisco in 2007 as an Adoption PM for IT Sarbanes-Oxley. Risk management and regulatory compliance have been his career focus for the past 12 years. However, his true passion is in process improvement, making the end-user experience effective and enjoyable, whether for the customer, partner, or internal resource. Before joining Cisco, Ken worked for contract manufacturing companies in the Silicon Valley, implementing ERP systems, and real-time production monitoring.

A native Californian, Ken was raised in South Lake Tahoe, attended CSU Chico, and enjoys skiing in all forms, golf, but mostly spending time with his with Beth, and two teenage sons, Nathaniel and Jordan.
