Cisco UCS Mini and EMC Storage

April 21, 2015 - 0 Comments

On the way to tradeshow week (May 4th), I decided to do a brief blog series on UCS Mini tied to these shows. I’ve covered Microsoft Ignite and SAPPHIRE NOW in the past two weeks.

Last up, EMC World in Las Vegas.

Going back to the initial release of UCS, EMC storage has been supported. UCS Mini is no exception!

While any UCS Mini blade solution can be used for your applications, sometimes local storage just isn’t enough. We have two Cisco solutions for VSPEX featuring UCS Mini. If you are using Microsoft Hyper-V, there is a Solution Brief and Cisco Validated Design. Similarly, for VMware vSphere 5.5, there is a Solution Brief and Cisco Validated Design.

Are you going to EMC World in May? Stop by Cisco’s booth (#221) to talk with our experts how Cisco and EMC storage is the ideal platform for your applications from the data center to the edge.

Want to learn more about all of our solutions, I’ve summarized them in the Cisco UCS Mini: Powering Applications At-a-Glance.

Tune in next week for Bruno Messina’s EMC World pre-show blog for details about Cisco’s presence at the show.

And remember, the knowledge you gain about Cisco UCS and EMC shouldn’t stay in Vegas!

Great things come in small packages. #CiscoUCS Mini is small, but mighty. http://bit.ly/1C8Bs7n
