Director of Engineering, OpenStack
Patrick Amor is the Director of Engineering for Cisco's OpenStack engineering team under Lew Tucker. His team has been involved in contributing features to various OpenStack projects including Neutron, Nova, Ceilometer, Horizon, Heat, Kolla, and Magnum. Patrick has been involved in OpenStack for three years and has been to every OpenStack Summit since Grizzly in San Diego. Patrick was a co-founder at vCider, Inc., developing virtual private networking software for clouds (acquired by Cisco in 2012). Prior to that, he held positions at SnapLogic developing open source data integration networks and at Oracle developing SQL query parallelization and acceleration techniques.
