Cris Ponce

Cris is an avid traveler and loves to play golf during her spare time. Currently, she leads the Total Rewards and M&A Team for Cisco Systems across the Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China region and is based in Singapore. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Rewards space. She has extensive experience in consulting, pension accounting, benchmarking, plan design, M&A due diligence/integration. Prior to Cisco, Cris worked for Towers Watson.

Cris holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics majoring in Actuarial Science from the University of the Philippines. She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and also holds a Diploma in International Employee Benefits. She has completed a Certification on Compensation and Rewards Management from Michigan State University - The Eli Broad College of Business and has also earned the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation from World@Work.
