Global Service Provider,Cisco France
Christian Thomas heads up the pres-sales engineering team in France in the Global Service Providers organisation.
Christian started his career at EMC as software Engineer in Systems (Unix, TCP/IP) before becoming one the first CCIE in France in the mid 1990s.
During his tenure, Christian worked on the design of large networks for both Enterprises and Service Providers.

One of his recent focus has been on talent development and up-scaling of the Cisco Service Provider pre-sales teams with the end objective to respond to major technology transitions such as SDN and NFV, for the benefit of the customer.
Modern network technology makes lots of things possible: more efficient data transport, advanced analytics, better security, and more. But turning these features into profitable services has always been a challenge.
