Seema Hyne

Seema joined Cisco in San Jose in 2007 as a program manager and was responsible for the planning and delivery of major enterprise system releases. In 2010, Seema played a role in transforming Cisco IT into a Services Organisation which is her area of expertise. In early 2012, she moved back to her hometown Sydney, Australia continuing her role in the service management team and in 2017, she joined the Regional IT team in ANZ as a Customer Success Manager. In her role, Seema leads the Cisco on Cisco program for APJC and is the content lead for the IT Management Program at Cisco Live. She is also responsible for leading many large scale projects, and most recently she was the co-lead for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics. In addition to her role at Cisco, Seema is also an active member of Cisco’s Inclusion and Collaboration community – Women of Cisco. Her deep passion is to encourage and inspire our young female talent to pursue an education in STEM and jobs in technology. She does that by leading the MentorMe program which is one of the most established mentoring program for female university students at Cisco ANZ. In June 2021, Seema was announced as one of the finalist of the ARN Women in ICT Awards in the Diversity and Inclusion category. Seema holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. In her spare time, she finds great relaxation through her love of cooking. She also loves to travel and experience new cultures and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
