As a seasoned IT expert with 14.5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & IT Support Operations, Rohit Parmar has played key roles in on-time delivery and support of several high quality and complex applications. He is currently based out of Sydney, Australia and working as a Technical Project Manager for Cisco Systems and managing the IT escalations for ANZ region. For the last 5 years, he has been managing Application Production Support for Cisco's Quoting, Ordering, Supply Chain & Finance (Portfolio size of over $72 million). In 2019, Rohit gave a Technical presentation at Cisco Live Melbourne on ESP At Your Service, to highlight how we are achieving Automated Operations + Best Class Experience with Cisco’s very own AppDynamics and WebEx Teams.
