Helping people to solve their problems is my motto in life. In my career of 17 years, I have played various roles in end-user support. I started my career as a Desktop Support Engineer, and today I manage user experience for Collaboration Services for users in Cisco India. I drive adoption of new features and tools among users in APJC, share best practices on how to use collaboration tools, and assist users in choosing tools based on their individual needs. Support case analysis, process improvement and field listening for collaboration services are some of my day-to-day activities.
