Mark Miller

Mark Miller leads Cisco’s IoE Collaboration Index efforts, helping clients measure their current state capabilities and readiness to absorb innovative technologies that drive substantive business impact.

Prior to joining Consulting Services, Mark worked in Cisco’s collaboration technology group, focusing on uncovering value from emerging technologies.

Mark has an MBA from Drexel University, a background in operations management and is a former 6-sigma black belt. Before joining Cisco, he worked at CapGemini Ernst & Young and was vice president of refining and marketing for the Coastal Corporation.
