As a Cisco Support Community (https://supportforums.cisco.com) Program Manager, Lisa handles communications, user experience and leading experts to deliver impactful content and knowledge sharing. Lisa has more than 15 years of traditional and web marketing/branding experience from both corporate and agency level enterprises; over a decade of that experience is in direct development, strategy and execution of web technologies, with strong emphasis onto Social Media platforms and community advocacy. Lisa has worked with a wide diversity of companies and industries, from emerging technologies to direct consumer high-volume print. Her flexible, hands-on approach has benefited leading companies such as Cisco, eBay, AT&T, American Express, Xprize and Dell. Lisa is a Native Texan, and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay area. When she isn’t surfing the web, blogging for Cisco or designing a promotion, she enjoys cooking, hiking the Marin Headlands, attending cultural events and independent film festivals.
