Video Collaboration Services
Kris Manages and owns the Video Collaboration Services for Cisco IT. He and his team are responsible for video service promotion, deployment of video tech globally as well as Infra/Ops run-the-business activities. These functions keep Cisco productive, from the workplace or at home when video hardware is involved. Kris’ focus is partnering with various domains to deliver on transforming Cisco’s workplace and employee experiences.
Kris joined Cisco in 2008, starting in Service Supply Chain driving delivery of North Americas Order Management services with direct interaction with our customers in fulfilling their RMA requests, then finding his way into Collaboration Services shortly thereafter. He has been driving an always evolving Collaboration service portfolio for our Cisco employees for more than 10 years.
Prior to Cisco he was in the USCG for 6 years stationed in the Caribbean and on the coast of North Carolina. He’s held various roles from AT&T, kicking off Online Startups and traveling the globe as Global Service Manager. When not working, he can often be found hiking on the AT, paddle boarding or spending time with his family.
