Henrik Neergaard

I have been in the network business for close to 12 years.

Originally studying economy at Aarhus University before shifting careers and ending up at TDC (Tele Denmark), the largest ISP in Denmark. From there the road took me to Greenland where I was Network Architect for 2 years at TELEPOST (Tele Greenland). There I also acted as peering manager and RIPE manager.

Since returning to Denmark in 2014 I have been in the consultant wing of networking, and currently work for Conecto a small but innovative Cisco and Citrix partner. Main focus has shifted from classic routing, switching and ISP network to network automation, cloud management, and CMX.

Last fall I passed a course at University of Copenhagen in Linux and Python programming, which I now incorporate into my daily work. I have been a member and user of Cisco DevNet from almost the beginning.
