Technical Systems Engineering

Since joining Cisco as a University Intern, and later as a graduate, I’ve held various roles in the Branch and Campus networking space within Cisco IT, including management of our production enterprise network. Currently, I work as an Engineer in our Customer Zero organisation, kicking the tires on Cisco’s latest solutions, and putting them to use in our environment, with an aim of getting full at scale adoption across IT. One of my main responsibilities is as Product Owner for the deployment of Cisco’s latest Secure Remote Worker solutions, including VPN, and SD-WAN at home, as well as working on some of our Customer Zero showcase branch offices where we put these new technologies, such as Wifi 6, Software Defined Access with Cisco DNA Center, SD-WAN and Meraki.
