Chris is a leader on the Customer Zero team within Cisco IT, focusing on deploying cutting-edge, campus technologies, such as SDA, WiFi 6, and DNAC. An expert in the field of wireless networking (CWNE #204, CCNP), Chris also has a strong technical aptitude in enterprise networking, having worked at many levels of the industry, from design, installation, technical support, consultation, to his current role as pioneering customer within Cisco IT.
Chris approaches problems analytically (applying methodology and drawing analogies to previous experiences) and also creatively (embracing innovation and just-in-time solutions), and believes that his most important work is to help colleagues and customers overcome challenges.
In his free time, Chris is a musician, a gardener, a father, and a husband. He lives and works in Cincinnati, OH.
