Carol Goh

Carol leads Cisco’s Network Services team where she is responsible for providing a highly available and secure network to Cisco’s global workforce, partners and customers by leveraging Cisco’s latest technologies including building the Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) fabric across all global data centers.

In addition, Carol is the senior IT partner working with Corporate Development and Investment teams helping review new innovative technologies for adoption by Cisco IT.

Leveraging her broad experience in IT and Operations, Carol previously led the successful IT integration and governance for Cisco Acquisitions. Building a repeatable, extendable engagement model across IT that aligns with business goals and ensures employees, processes, and services are integrated with speed and quality.

Carol is a senior leader with Connected Asian Affinity Network CAAN – an employee resource network and she is active in giving back to her local and global communities, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Hands On Shanghai, and STEM initiatives. She is also known for her active mentoring with employees and executives.

Since joining Cisco in 1999, she held a variety of management roles across IT spanning Marketing and Sales IT, Engineering IT, Business Operations, Quote to Cash, IT Strategy and Planning, and IT Acquisition Integration. She has extensive experience on business applications systems, business

operations, and finance. She has led IT Fiscal Planning Process and IT Investment Framework, including IT funding models and Total Cost of Ownership. She played a critical role in Cisco cross functional ERP

and CRM initiatives which provides standardized global processes and platform for supporting technical and business capabilities.

Prior to joining Cisco, Carol held project management positions at The Gillette Company, Temple Inland and Times Publishing (Singapore) where she led IT projects in ERP, HR, Finance, Banking, and Retail Sales application systems.

She holds a degree in Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore.

Carol is the recipient of the 2014 Innovative Woman of the Year Award by Women World Awards and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
