Carmen Rahm is responsible for the overall success of Kent School District’s information technology policies, programs, and service including managerial responsibilities for a large staff engaged in the following functions: technology planning and project management, process re-engineering, applications implementation and development, technology training, voice and data telecommunications, cable and satellite communications, capital projects, library systems, systems and network support, help desk services, instructional software and delivery systems, technology procurement, and emergency E911 administration; printing services; and safety services.
