I am a Senior Director in Cisco IT, currently leading Splunk-centric Observability and AIOps platforms focused on MELT correlation, event management, and predictive analytics.

Previously, I led global functions including Central Operations, IT's ServiceNow-based Enterprise Service Platform (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management), Atlassian teamwork platforms (Jira, Confluence, JSM), and Observability/AIOps. My Cisco career includes leading the Software Defined Everything (SDx) program, Agile (SAFe) rollout, Infrastructure as a Service Operations, and Strategic Planning for Unified Communication and Collaboration Infrastructure (UC, WebEx, Telepresence, Contact Center). I have also managed Data Center and Software Vendor Management, Infrastructure Planning, Storage, and Infrastructure Security.

With nearly 40 years in IT, I have deep experience in software development, business process redesign, and infrastructure planning.
