Bram van Spaendonk serves as a Senior IT Program Manager within Cisco IT's Customer Strategy and Success Team. Here, Bram is driving a transformation of internal business processes by crowd-sourcing the development of collateral through the use of "Ciscopedia", forums, community expertise, Blogs and other social media, leveraging the collective intelligence of IT.

Bram has over 10 years of experience delivering IT solutions, spanning support, infrastructure and applications areas. Prior to joining IT Customer Strategy and Success, Bram managed a team responsible for the user experience of Cisco's Technical Support Website, defining new personalization capabilities and features based on Web 2.0 concepts.

Bram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Netherlands and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

As a native of the Netherlands, Bram moved to the United States in 1993 and currently resides in North Carolina where he works at Cisco's campus at the Research Triangle Park (RTP).
