Rick Simon is a Compliance Solutions Manager in the Security Technology Business Unit at Cisco. Rick develops and markets integrated and audited technology solutions that enable enterprises to meet regulatory and industry IT compliance mandates.

Prior to joining Cisco, Rick led marketing at four startups and held a variety of management positions in product management, product marketing, and strategic alliances at Hewlett-Packard and Oracle.

Rick holds a BSEE from The University of Michigan and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in San Mateo, CA with his wife, two children, and various animals.
