I started working with Cisco in 2001, initially working on the early deployment of IP Telephony for the Cisco San Jose headquarters. After several years of working with the Americas voice operations teams I transitioned to the UK in 2007 to lead the Cisco IT Global Voice Operations organization. Before joining Cisco, I worked with several Cisco channel partners and achieved Cisco CCIE certification in routing and switching.
Today I have responsibility for leading the global voice and video infrastructure for Cisco IT, We deliver Unified Communications services ranging from basic dial tone to advanced applications including presence, conferencing, contact center, and video. My teams supports about 150,000 hardware phones and 51,000 software phones across the company.
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, sailing, and all types of outdoor adventure activity.
