Fabrice Della Mea joined Cisco Systems, Inc., in 2011 as Director of Product Management for Unified Communication solutions. In this capacity, Mr. Della Mea manages the Cisco Jabber portfolio that includes Desktop, Smartphone, Tablets and Web software clients. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Della Mea was Senior Director of Product Management for Voice Self-Service, Voice Over Internet Protocol/VoIP and Media Layer products at Genesys, a global, enterprise contact center software business. Before that, he was a System Engineer for the wireless division of Alcatel-Lucent.

Mr. Della Mea holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and dual Masters degrees in Mobile Telecommunications from Telecom ParisTech and Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris.
