I am the Managing Director for Cisco’s Collaboration business in Asia Pacific and Japan. I have spent that last 20 years of my career in the Information and Communications Technology industry mainly focussed on collaboration solutions. I started out being an R&D engineer developing software for Voice messaging and Voice Response systems. Since then I have spent most of my career in executive management, general management and sales management. I have lived in India, China, South Korea and Singapore and this has given me very good insight into the unique requirements customers have in different part of Asia.

During my career I have worked for GN Netcom as their Vice President and GM for APAC. I also spent 14 years with Avaya in multiple roles including being the President of Avaya China living in Shanghai and President of Avaya Korea living in Seoul.

I hold a Computer Engineering degree from University of Pune, and an EMBA from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

I am currently based in Singapore.
