Before joining CMSG in 2008, Padmashree led product management for various Discovery and Analytics related applications at Aggregate Knowledge, a Silicon Valley startup specializing in online recommendation technologies for publishers and retailers.

Prior to Aggregate Knowledge, Padmashree drove Product Management at GlobalEnglish Corporation for their Software as a service solution for Fortune 500 companies looking to improve the Business English proficiency of their global workforce, held various Engineering, Management, Product Management and Business Development roles at Sun Microsystems for 6 years. She started her career in Software Engineering at Siemens.

Padmashree received her Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and MBA from Santa Clara University. Padmashree has a passion for numbers and data when she is not enjoying time with her two children.
