Jennifer Geisler

Jennifer Geisler, Director of Government and Security Solutions, is responsible for Cisco's global strategy for align technology needs to support Government missions. She also is the co-sponsor for the Cisco IPv6 Deployment Council. In addition, Geisler hosts "Fact or Fiction", a show where she brings in industry experts, Cisco executives and customers to provide straight answers to tough questions. Prior to this role, Geisler was Senior Manager of Cisco's Network Systems Marketing is responsible for the Campus solution and modular switching products consisting of the Catalyst 4500 and 6500 series. She also was was Senior Manager of Enterprise and Mid-Market Solutions technical marketing organization, responsible for the development and delivery of Cisco Validated Designs inclusive of third party applications to support Cisco's customer's business strategies. A high tech veteran, with over 20 years of experience in both applications and networking, Geisler brings an analytical approach to delivering networking solutions that solve real business issues.

Geisler joined Cisco in 2006. Previously, she held technology based roles with Packeteer, 3Com (formerly U.S. Robotics) NCR and US Air Force. During this time, she pioneered Wide Area Network application performance solutions and oversaw the integration of industry standard operating systems. Her direct experience with customers at the global level has guided her to develop a customer-focused innovation methodology which permeates all of her solutions and designs. An experienced presenter and meeting facilitator, Geisler has moderated over 20 technical advisory boards.
