  2. Great series. There are also a ton of great blogs and articles to help service providers better market themselves using social media. SMO (Social Media Optimization) is a rapidly evolving practice that is quickly stealing the spotlight to SEO. The fact is, the conversations online will be an increasingly important element to search in the future. Further social search is becoming a critical role in the consumer decision making process from awareness to purchase and beyond. The challenges agencies face is integrating strategies across technologies as they are all starting to mesh together (mobile, seo, smo, etc). Great series, thanks. @julianacrispo
