CES 2011: Devices, Clouds, Networks Joining Forces for Better Video Experiences

January 7, 2011 - 0 Comments

One of the goals of my videos this week here at CES is to provide a 360 view of the Videoscape solution we announced.  One question that we are often asked is if this is really just a new “box” or set of technologies.

As you’ll see in this short video Kelly Ahuja, Cisco vice president of service provider architecture, states that “it’s not about the box” and that a purpose-built architecture can unlock new, exciting experiences and new revenue streams for service providers. He also talks about how Telstra is using elements of Videoscape in their network – today.

Also, we were honored to have  Inc Magazine showcase the TV Support Group (part 1 and part 2) videos we’ve created to around Videoscape and the “pain” traditional devices may be feeling in their recent (on the most popular list) article  Using Humor in Advertising.  We hope you enjoy.

As always, let us know if you have any comments.  It’s Day 2 here now and I’ll have a few more thoughts and videos to share before CES 2011 is over.
