Carrier Cloud Forum (CCF) at Interop 2012

May 4, 2012 - 0 Comments

Lately, our customers have been expressing interest in a number of cloud topics:

  • What are best practices in building a cloud business?
  • Enterprise-grade solutions versus best-efforts applications
  • Standardization and security
  • Connectivity from end-to-end
  • Advanced technologies within and between clouds

I’m looking forward to continuing the conversations with cloud service providers next week down in Las Vegas. If you’re coming to Interop, we’re continuing the momentum of the very successful Cloud Carrier Forum 2011 and bringing everyone together again for CCF 2012. I invite you attend my keynote session, “Delivering Services in a World of Many Clouds,” Wednesday, May 9, from 10:45 to 11:05 AM PST, and stay for the panel discussion in the Carrier Cloud Forum (Lagoon D) on this topic.

I’ll cover the opportunities where service providers can leverage the end-to-end cloud intelligent network and unified data center to improve existing services and enable dynamic new solutions. Then, in the CCF panel directly after my session, we will roll up our sleeves and discuss best practices for service providers delivering clouds. There will be opportunities for you to ask questions and I look forward to a lively discussion.

If you aren’t able to make Interop or my session, I’ll cover more here after my Wednesday session and in a planned TweetChat (#CiscoCloud) on Friday, May 11, at 9 am PST.
