Orange You Glad You Have Cisco TelePresence?

- July 13, 2009 - 2 Comments

I had to share this amusing photo from a Cisco TelePresence meeting we had with one of our design agencies on Friday…imageJanet, from our Cisco.com design team, was in California. Dan, with the agency, was in Virginia 2,400 miles away.Meetings are typically back to back, so Janet and I were gobbling down a quick lunch as we started the meeting at noon from our California TelePresence room. The agency team in Virgina couldn’t stop commenting about how lifelike the TelePresence experience is, whereupon Dan reached out for an orange Janet was about to eat,and someone on the Virginia side (where it was 3 PM) snapped this picture.Though we most often use WebEx meetings, which work great for design sharing and project reviews, nothing beats Cisco TelePresence for a face to face meeting!

  1. I love telepresence. I have seen it in the Houston office. It is almost more realistic than sitting there in person because the resolution is so clear! Thanks.

  2. Cisco TelePresence is really a great invention, and concept of Conference meeting (face to face) is really amazing, your presentation in 24 series was classic, every company should have these equipment, to get maximum from collaboration. This time we got more from Cisco.Naveed Razaq | www.apnimarzi.com
