  1. UC320 W seems a good solution for managing customer calls but i think the support for 24 employees should be extended to around 60 employees because even small enterprises accommodate the level of staff. I liked automatic responder and voice to email service in UC320 W this type of features help us manage customer queries easily even when work load is high.
