Field Solutions Architect - Collaboration


Scott joined CDW in 2017 as a Field Solutions Architect to support Collaboration in the State of Tennessee.  He is responsible for working with the CDW Team to enable our clients to map out the most appropriate collaboration solutions to enable their businesses.  He will work with you to scope out projects as well as select the right hardware and software components to meet your requirements.  



Scott’s career began in the US Navy where he was certified as a Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator and went on to serve on board the USS South Carolina.  Once Honorably Discharged from the Navy he installed Radar Systems on new ships in the shipyard then went on to build prototype Central Office Equipment for Siemens Stromberg Carlson before securing a lead deployment role with Siemens Rolm for the East Coast.  In this role, he became an expert on multiple TDM systems as well as cable plants and protocols.  Following his tenure at Siemens he went on to serve as a manager in the telecom department at the University of Central Florida (Largest Public University in the country) where he was in charge of the engineering for their collaboration and customer care systems.  Following the University opportunity Scott worked for several Gold Partners deploying Cisco UC Solutions across the country and helping design the Collaboration systems for some of the largest companies in the Nation on the Fortune 100.
