Video Chat: Building a Profitable Small Business Practice

- March 29, 2010 - 7 Comments

If you haven’t heard of UStream yet, you will soon. The site combines video broadcasting, along with a social feed from sites like Twitter and Facebook, to create an immediate and free way to interact with any audience via a live video stream. Think of UStream as an interactive platform that lets anyone with a camera (or an iPhone) and Internet connection broadcast to the world.

Cisco is currently using UStream for the Talk2Cisco chats. And, we’re also planning to use it to host chats for Cisco channel partners, the first of which will happen on April 6 at 1:30-2 p.m. PST. Log in to join  Andrew Sage, VP of WW Small Business Sales and Lief Koepsel, Director of Services Marketing, for a discussion on Building a Profitable Small Business Practice.

Andrew goes into more detail in this video invite:

Maybe you’re wondering, “how do I participate?”

To participate, log into the Channels Buzz community on April 6. (If you’re a partner, log in here; if you’re not a partner, visit our public Channels Buzz space or the show’s UStream page.) Once you’re logged in, you can post questions via your own Twitter account, your Facebook account, or simply post in the Buzz community. The replay will also be available after the event if you miss it.

In an effort to keep conversations fresh, Cisco Blogs closes comments after 60 days. Please visit the Cisco Blogs hub page for the latest content.
