Small Business Anniversary Brings New Services, Technologies

- December 1, 2009 - 1 Comment

This month marks the anniversary our $100 million investment in small business, a specialized market that many of you currently serve. But instead of giving ourselves an anniversary gift, we want to give you something instead.

Around the world, the first anniversary is usually marked with paper, cotton, or a clock. So maybe we’re a little bit unconventional in that we’re marking this anniversary with something that will help you be successful and profitable in the small business market. Today we’re announcing new partner presales technical support and a new hardware advanced-replacement service, as well as new and enhanced networking, security, and collaboration technologies.

In this video, Andrew Sage, Vice President of Worldwide Small Business Sales, reflects on the past year and discusses how the new services, technologies, and ongoing profitability programs will help partners build and grow profitable small business practices.

What are some of the new services and programs being announced?

  • Cisco Partner Design Support offers complimentary assistance to partners in the design, installation, and configuration stages so you can create and deploy the best solutions to solve their customers’ unique business problems.
  • Cisco Small Business Pro Rapid Replacement Service provides four-hour hardware replacement plus 24-hour technical support and coverage for Cisco Small Business Pro products so you can quickly resolve customers’ problems with little downtime.
  • Plus, Cisco’s expanded portfolio includes more than 600 networking, security, and communication products for the small business so you can meet the evolving needs of customers.
