Partner Plus is targeted at partners who invest in selling Cisco to mid-sized customers, which IDC estimates as a $61B market opportunity. Aimed at accelerating business for these partners, Partner Plus provides incremental incentives, virtual engineering support, marketing, sales enablement, and customer intelligence to partners who commit to a highly collaborative selling approach with Cisco to accelerate their business more quickly than the market.

One element of the program that is already garnering enthusiastic support is Partner Help Plus (PH+), the service that provides partners with virtual access to Cisco engineers. With this service, partners can count on Cisco’s full technical resources and capabilities to increase pre-sales capacity, increase their ability to up sell and cross sell, and increase their overall deal size. Partners who have leveraged the service in the global pilot note that it maximizes efficiency and allows them to spend more time with the customers selling the solutions.
One US partner noted, “We have used the PH+ services for a few critical opportunities with the most substantial being a 500+ seat Call Manager opportunity. Your team delivered as promised and not only met, but exceeded our expectations…catching items in the configuration that our team, the local Cisco team and our distribution partner didn’t catch.” The Partner Help Plus service will be exclusively available to Partner Plus partners in the new fiscal year.
The Partner Plus program will roll out in two waves. The first wave includes a limited set of partners in US and Canada who have already received invitations on how to enroll in the program. These partners will be eligible to participate in Partner Plus Incentives in Q4 and will receive the Premium Marketing accelerator. Enrollment closes on June 9th, so be sure to submit your application.
