Time to Get Personal: Create Your Personalized Workspace with My Cisco

- April 19, 2010 - 0 Comments

If your Web bookmarks folder is overflowing or you just want a simpler way to keep track of your Cisco sites, resources, and projects, you’ll want to try out My Cisco — an integrated and customizable Web page that lets you decide what’s important.

As a partner, simply visit Partner Central and log in to get started. You’ll see the My Cisco drop-down on the right-hand side of the page. From there, you can set up and customize your page to provide software alerts, track service events, access WebEx Connect spaces, check on recent service requests, and a whole lot more.

Take a quick tour of My Cisco to get a better idea of what it can do…

My Cisco offers three main features that are currently available in 17 languages:

Cisco Catalog
The Cisco Catalog offers up to 18 unique modules or “self-contained units of information.” After initially logging in, you will be prompted to select the modules that are of greatest value to you. These include, but are not limited to: Partner Events and News, CSAT Scores, New Software and Product Announcements, and WebEx Collaboration Spaces.

Cisco Workspace
After selecting your modules, you’ll then have your very own personalized workspace. This expandable window allows you to view, add, remove or reorder modules.

What are you waiting for? Start using My Cisco today!
Your first-time visit will take you to the catalog where you can select modules to customize your experience. Future visits will take you directly to your personalized workspace (as seen below).
