Partner-Weekly-Rewind-v2Each week, we’ll highlight the most important Cisco Partner Ecosystem news and stories, as well as point you to important, Cisco-related partner content you may have missed along the way. Here’s what you might have missed this week:

Off the Top

It was quite a busy week on the Partner Blog. Hopefully you had a chance to read Sherri Liebo’s blog on how digital marketing has transformed the traditional marketing landscape. If not, be sure to check it out and take a look back at her super heroes posts from 2014 and how those particular marketing team members can lead the way as digital marketing continues to shift how we all work.

As we are getting ever closer to this year’s Marketing Velocity event, this blog is a nice look at how all our marketing efforts tie together and what “digital” is doing to all of us.

Intelligent Cybersecurity

Raja Sundaram had some insight into cybersecurity and how it affects your customers. He looked at changing business models, dynamic threats, and complexity and fragmentation. Branching out from there he pointed out how Cisco is offering up the products you need for your customers to tackle these tough security situations. It’s a great overview on security.

What Users Want

Xander Uyleman was back this week with a look at what users want, and just as importantly don’t want, when dealing with their networks. With a look at how cloud is making it easier for users to get exactly what they want for their daily work, this blog from Xander is a great, quick read. Check it out and let us know what you think.

All signs point to one thing…

With regards to cloud, Arjun Lahiri had some thoughts on talking to your customers about cloud services. He was quick to point out that if you’re not talking to them, someone else probably is. Read through Arjun’s blog and join the conversation about cloud services.

Believe in what you sell

Karin Surber always brings great thoughts on sales leadership and this week was no different. She looked at how much it means, as a salesperson, to really believe in your products and services. She points out how much it can hurt your success as a salesperson if you are not bringing the energy associated with a real belief in your products. Be sure to let Karin know what you think of her latest blog in the comments section.

Business Outcomes Contest

Traci Soward brought you all the information you need to participate in the Cisco Business Outcomes Contest. Give it a read and bring your innovation to the contest!

Grow your lifecycle services business now

Richard McLeod was here this week to discuss Software as a Service (SaaS) models and growing your lifecycle services business. Want to learn how Cisco can help you in that space? Give Richard’s blog a read and then join in the conversation in the comments section.
